Gabry is changing for the better 😀
All we need now is Liam to blast Avery’s face into the ground.
multiple times
To heck with Liam (no offense), Gabry can do it himself! The only reason he hasn’t hurt Avery so far is because he’s a better person, but if he wanted to I bet he could beat the crap out of him.
Aaaand I’m back to wanting to throw him off a large cliff. Though with the last page I’d be fine with throwing him off a medium sized cliff twice provided he gets treatment to stop being an asshole of Miguel proportions.
I’M NEVER GOING TO FALL FOR IT AGAIN YOU TWO FACED JERK.
I had feeling something like this would happen. But, if you look at Avery’s face when he hits Gabry, it looks like it really hurts him too. NOW, LIAM TO THE RESCUE!
I really hope the next page involves Gabry getting up and breaking Avery’s face. *crosses fingers*
…and I stand corrected
welp
I'm really glad you didn't give Avery some tragic backstory that's supposed to
make us sympathize with an abuser. Because this is what an abuser does. When
you finally defend yourself, they cry and tell you they love you, and beg
forgiveness and "I can change!" and try to make you feel like the cold, heartless
one. They convince you you're in the wrong for leaving them. But whether you
stand up for yourself or give in, they go right back to the cycle of abuse.
Not everyone has a tragic story, some people are just shitty and abusive and
manipulative I really appreciate you getting that across. Because I feel showing
sympathy for an abuser usually excuses the abuse for a lot of people, and takes away
from the very real pain the victim is going through because of them.
