I doubt it. Liam seems to me the kind of guy who wouldn't want to see others abused for any reason, so he would probably defend Gabry (and has, against Avery's verbal abuse and aggression), but he's not so involved with Gabry that he'd think it worth it to get involved in what is obviously a private argument. He probably doesn't like that Gabry brought him into it, either.
Best way to get out of an annoying relationship is to pretend to cheat on the other person.
…Provided the other person doesn't have the ability to beat the crap out of you. Luckily, Liam's van tire seems to only have minor wounds.

I love how much of a hypocrite Avery is, everything he does clashes with his words, him and his tight v-neck shirts and possessiveness over his fuckbuddy.

I actually quite like Avery. He is an asshole but I like asshole characters. I'm looking forwards to seeing how he will act next time him and Gabry come into contact.
… I don't like how Avery refers to Gabry as "his stuff". EVERYONE knows Gabry is only property of Liam.

I love how Liam's gruff response to Avery in Panel 5 subtly backfired on him by Panel 6 when Gabry leaned SO FAR into his personal space. So, instead of getting an obvious punk-ass away from his van so a drunken rival could leave said van, Liam now has most of said drunken rival practically in his lap, further angering the punk-ass outside.
I also love that Avery kicked Liam's van, then ran away. Very good, Avery; that'll show 'em!!

I am now fascinated by Avery. Which is kind of a shame, because I know this comic isn't about him, but now I want to see a character arc. XD
Upon further consideration I have decided that I really like Avery's boots. I'd wear them.
